Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping!! Shipping fees are added during check out, you will receive a tracking confirmation number once your order has been shipped out so that you will be able to track your package on the carrier’s website.

ATTN: Please keep in mind when ordering custom made wigs typically takes 3-5 business days for natural black wigs and 4-6 business days for processed colored wigs.

Once I have receive your confirmation and that you have read and understand, we will begin to process your order. So please take some time to read the following ordering procedures.

TURNAROUND TIME

BUSINESS DAYS ARE MONDAY-FRIDAY!

Hair Extensions /bundles Orders: have a 2-3 business day payment processing time and shipped within 3-5 business days. When your order is shipped your tracking information will be sent via EMAIL/All orders are shipped through UPS/USPS


Ready to Ship Wig Orders: have a 1-3 Business Day Processing Time and 1-3 Business Day Shipping Timeframe. (If order is delayed with carrier please contact UPS/USPS)

Custom Wig Orders: have a 2-4 business day processing time, and 1-3 day shipping time.



Rush Orders

We do not accept rush orders AT ALL.

we are very confident in our products. There are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

RETURN POLICY!

There are absolutely NO REFUNDS on custom wig orders..If you are unsatisfied with your wig after receiving it, we will try our best to accommodate it to your liking. But no refunds or exchanges will be rendered so please, read all of the information to ensure you are ordering the correct wig and making sure you understand the turnaround time.

A&A wigs are made of Machine Weft hair, which consists of only 100% genuine, unprocessed Virgin Hair. No Fillers.

Can I color my wig unit?

Yes. All of our units are 100% unprocessed human hair that can be colored and or bleached any level desired. However when coloring hair (Any Pattern) we recommend that you consult with a professional.

Do wigs from A&A Creations require maintenance?

Absolutely, treat your unit like your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable. We recommend using a deep conditioner on your unit once per week, and rinse out with cool water,but avoid using oil or heavy styling products.

How long will this unit last?

With good maintenance, this unit can last a minimum of one year. Please treat this hair as your own. Please remember that excessive heat/or color can/will result in the reduction of its natural pattern of the hair.

Does this hair shed?

Any hair that has been manufactured and stitched onto a weft is entitled to experience minimum shedding. Remember, proper maintenance is extremely important and advised.

How long does it take to receive custom wig units?

It takes 2-4 business days for processing and additional 7-10 business days for unit to be made. Once unit is fully completed you will receive a tracking number.

How often can I wash my wig unit?

You can wash your wig unit as often as you like. I suggest you cleanse the hair once every two weeks with sulfate free products to keep the unit silky, nourished, soft and manageable. Avoid using tea tree and mint shampoos as they can cause your extensions to matte when shampooing. Try to use products designed to detangle and moisturize, smooth, shine and protect against split ends.


Are your wigs 100% virgin hair?

Yes our wigs are 100% Virgin Hair which means that they can be colored, flat ironed, and curled.

Does A&A Creations have a policy for return/exchange?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not have a Return or Exchange Policy unless there is a mistake on our behalf, we will make the changes to correct it immediately. NO REFUNDS/NO EXCHANGES /NO CANCELATIONS


Do you offer rush shipping?

No, we do not offer rush shipping.


Before purchasing your wig unit, please make sure your SHIPPING & BILLING address is the same, if not , you will be COMPLETELY REFUNDED.
A&A Creations is NOT responsible for any damaged, delayed or LOST packages after you receive your tracking number via Ups/ USPS.
